Shipping & Return Policy

We offer complimentary standard domestic USPS shipping on all gift certificate purchases.
Overnight domestic shipping for gift certificates is available through FedEx for a $25 flat fee.
Gift certificates will be mailed within 2 business days of purchase. If your gift card is purchased before 12:00 pm CST Monday through Friday, you have the option to select “Overnight” shipping and your order will be processed and shipped the same business day. All orders placed after 12:00 pm CST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

milk + honey accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Services: If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact a manager to discuss your experience at info@milkandhoneyspa.com.
Products: Once the purchase is located and confirmed in our system, unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase for a full refund to the original method of payment. If your purchase was made more than 30 days prior, please contact a manager to discuss your options at info@milkandhoneyspa.com.
Gift Certificates: Once the purchase is located and confirmed in our system, a gift certificate may be returned for remaining balance to the original payment method. If a bonus gift certificate was awarded in conjunction with the original gift certificate purchase, the bonus gift certificate will need to be returned as well.
