WHAT IS THE MILK + HONEY REWARDS PROGRAM?

The milk + honey Rewards program provides our most loyal customers with discounts on all of your favorite services and allows you the freedom to try new ones.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE MEMBERSHIP PURCHASED IS OVER? 

The customer who purchased the gift certificate for someone else will not continue to pay for the membership once the 6-months or 12-months are completed. 

HOW LONG ARE YOU COMMITTED TO THE PROGRAM?

Depending on the gift certificate purchased customers either be enrolled 6-months or 12-months.  Client's may cancel their membership at any time after three months (three payments.) If you cancel and have a balance in your bank you will be able to use the remaining milk money towards products or services. However, you will not be eligible for the membership discounts.

Shipping and Handling:

milk + honey offers handwritten spa gift certificates sent via First-Class Mail through USPS by our Reservations Team. You will receive an emailed confirmation when the order is placed and again when your order has been processed. All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been dropped off at a USPS location, you can expect your order within 7-10 business days. Please note: All gift certificate orders offer free shipping and are unable to include tracking.
